yeah I was thinking of posting this blog just to update and know any of the songs that I might have missed. I am real big fan of the HINDI singer rafi anf I just love his voice and generally sleep hearing his voice. He started his career singing and emulating a few singers but soon developed his own style of singing.
my all time fav rafi song is
1> Zindagi bhar nahi bhulegi woh barsaat ki raat
2> kabhi khud pe kabhi halaat pe rona aaya
3> Abhi na jao chodkar ke dil abhi bahara nahi .
It would be great if you guys can add to this list and add 3 of ur fav rafi songs.

Mission Peak
Yes people this was the adventurous weekend in a long long time. Wasn't really an adventure but was real fun. Saturday morning we planned to start in the mroning by 6:00 am. But its been aeons since I woke up early. SO we started the hiking in the morning at 7:00 am. we were 5 of us. The start was real dreadful. We climbed up about 100, no may be 300 rather may be 400 feeet and suddenly my eyes started closing by itself. I said to the guys around me that I was feeling sleepy. They started laughging and everyone thought that I was also kidding But later I realised that I was feeling dizzy and I came down to a halt. Suddenly I started puking. But I didnt eat anything so wasnt realing puking stuffs.Yeah a dreadful start. We didnt even climb 100 sorry 400 feet and there was talk of going back.
But we had some real char including me so we started back and we climbed then for abt 2.5 hrs. yeah ofcourse I had to eat some Britannia cream biscuits and a banana. SO finally we reached the top of the hill MISSION PEAK.It was about 2525 feets above. but the start really made me feel that I am getting old and I wasnt the same young boy who always used to jump around and keep playing. Moreover Iam not a regular guy who hits the gym everyday. Not too much of test of my stamina and empty stomach to add to it. All the above statements are to make u guys feel that I am not really that WEAK and it is becuase of all the above reasons that I fainted I mean ALMOST fainted.
Well anyway we had made upto the top. I am not man of heights. It took me abt a month to look down through my balcony. Ofcoure that was on 7th floor and the window was as big as open balcony.Just to give u idea of how scared was I of heights. It was now time to get down and it was pretty steep not exactly steep but good enough to make me walk on four legs.Soon I was up on 2. But was taking the baby steps , reminded me of Govinda from DEEWANA MASTANA. Soon it was fine and I made finally back to the bottam SAFELY. A little bit of pain in the legs was common for everyone and I was not different. SO it was abt 6 miles in all and 2525 feets up and back. A decent excercise for me after a long longtime. So finally after a little wobble in the start we Made the MISSION PEAK possible. I guess now iam tired and ready to be flat on my bed. Will post How early do I get up on SUnday.

2003 nights
well seems to be a retro blog. Cant stop remembering the nights spent in bangalore. I used to stay at a place called sadanand layout ... near baypannhalli. And my frnds used to stay at micheal palaya. All typical names. Those were the days when the market used to be down and real low. And I remeber we going to drop of resumes in big companies like the T.Is and many more. The famous recession period when jobs were hard to comeby. Well to be more precise again it was the time when I graduated.
Well evenings we used to roam about in CMH road. One of the happening places in bangalore after the MG road. Comeback and have dinner a dhaba on open terrace was surely one of the attraction. And after a heavy dinner browse a lil bit in a cyober cafe.I mean there was this craze of chatting . So after Dinner it was time for some typical chat frnds . After that we used to sit by the road sipping these fruit juices.I mean these were real good and my all time fav was the pineapple.Beer would have sounded a bit Filmy. But then finally it was time to walk back home. On our way back was a secluded place which used to be dark and there was this rumour of GAY rapists who used to hunt i the night times. And we had heard all kind of stories about them.I along with my frnd were not exactly scared of walking through that small phase(BRAVE boys) but often we used to be tired after a long evening. The other option was auto which was pretty difficult to find and was prety expensive for daily commute. So we used to walk back most of the time which was proabably the worst part. It used to be real fun through out the evening but walking back most of the times was a real pain. Again the next day we would do the same thing knowing that walking back is gonna be a pain. But only that last 30 mins for all the fun we used to have through out the day seemed to be a good bargain.

Now now abt 3 years later Iam meeting one by one and seems kind of a reunion. I dont know if you guys had read my posts. I met one more guy from that phase of my life. The Thinnest guy of our group. who always used to make me feel stronger and healthier.
I guess this weekend is going to be eventful as the saturday has already been.

The real weekend
Yep finally the weekend is round the corner. It is really great to sweat and have a filling stomach at the end of the day rather than having a filled stomach through out the day. Finally I have started working after lots of waiting and too many obstacles. Not thoroughly in a satisfying way but Things have finally moved, hope in the right direction.
The guy who used to be yelling and screaming all day had to keep mum for 8 hours everyday and that 2, 5 days in a row. And it seemed like a nice start already as my roomie had made some aloo parathas dipped in GHEE thanks to my effort. It was really fantastic to see me getting a move on. Well I know its soon gonna be tiring and I am gonna be scared of mondays yet again. The days of liberty seems to have stopped for a while. But the kind of work that I always wanted to do seems to be eluding from me for the 2nd time in my life. Some things are really not destined for you but you need to make your choices and move on. Lets see if I find those kind of job lying around in the near future. Yes Nice week not too much to do, being the first week. Lets see how the river flows from now on.

randomn TAG
Solitaire tagged and wants me to write down 7 random things about myself. I think its gonna be real tough.
1) Whenever I walk alone I make sure I don't step on the edges of a tile. Try to place my legs inside the tile. Well if its too small then I ignore it. But I do it quite often and when the Tiles are big enough.
2)I do like to sleep with my headphones playing my favourite songs .
3)Once everymonth I try to look if there is any video of the old cricket matches in which azza played.
4)I do sing pretty loud when I am having shower. I have got complaints from people staying in the apartment above me.
5)I can spend 20 hours of a day sleeping.
6)I cannot drink white MILK. I mean I need to change its color may be add some coffee, cocao or soemthing to be edible. In short Iam very picky about the food I eat.
7)I Like being in all the photos that are being clicked around me.
Well writing 7 things was really difficult> I could not remeber anythig other than what I like eating and drinking. As a rule I have to tag 7 people and they are
1)anjuli
2)ashu
3)cindrella
4)divya
5)vandita

Old times
Often with our busy lives, present torubles and tension, we tend to forget the amount of fun we had in our old times. We tend to forget some buddies who were pretty close. I mean not exactly forget but you dont share the same amount of closeness that you shared may be about 7 years ago or rather at that time. And when suddenly you see a old page of your life ,you really tend to remember the old days as if you see in the flashback of the movie. The days you spent together. The long chats along the railway stations. The common friends, the hot chicks , the famous gossip stories, the happening things, The typical accent of few people, The fights, The brawls, the altercation, the struggle, the endless nights in the street, the gurkhas, the professors and many more. I mean it reminds you of many more people whom we met in our lives and all the chars come alive.
yeah I met one of my frnd here. We first met abt 5-6 years back In bangalore. When we finished out bachelors and came in for doing a course in CDAC. Well it was a class of just 12 students and we really had one of the best time of our lives. I mean it was for the first time away for me from my house. I mean you always feel a free bird when you stay away for the first time. being a small class we all shared a nice relationship. To start off things were slow just because people were from different parts and were more typical chars from those locations. And I have this bad habit of talking in different tones with different people. I mean we always used to tease such guys and I always had a companion from my college to help me out. I mean the class strength was like this : WE 2 mumbaikar....2 Madrasis from chennai ...1 malyali from THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, 1 andhrite, 1 from kanpur, 1 madrasi from all over north india, one from orissa, one bihari who did his bachelors from bangalore, 1 from bangalore, 1 from kanpur, 1 from udaipur, 1 from bhopal MP. I mean it was a total national integration program. I tell you this was total fun. I still remember this guy from MP. His name was Bajpayee i mean gaurav bajpayee I used to call him bajpayee. As most of them were from different parts of India we used to communicate in english. ANd the first time we met this guy...this guy is like "Do you guys know Hindi". Obviously we did and he was so relived. And started teling that he was really very sad as he had been in bangalore for almost 2 weeks and hasnt spoke in Hindi and was very happy seeing us. This guy was real good in Hindi. obviously being from somewhere near Bhopal. He used to write kavithas. and real good ones.
the second group were the guys from CHENNAi. Obviously they didnt know Hindi and spoke in ENGLISHHH. and were very tyical with their Wot da stuff?? one was a real tirkeee and the other was very softspoken. was a real fun when these guys used to talk with bajpayee saab. and these guys were worried abt the campus placements and stuff from the very first day.
then comes this short "CHAPTER" guy from orissa. Was always stuck to his mobile when we met him. He had his typical way of talking Hindi with using B instead of V and many more such fiasco pronounciation. He was the most lively in our group. Was a fun guy to be around with.
Then There was this guy from Udaipur. I mean he was thinner than me which made me very happy. hardly opened his mouth. Was pretty silent most of the time. He always used to be stuck to his computer. He really used to work abt 3 times of wot we did. Was a very intresting guy. Then the one from bihar. I guess he was the smartest of the lot .He was really sharp in the class and even outside the class. He was the one who was proabably the one who got all of the people together.
Then there were a few girls from Delhi, banglaore and andhra. I remeber making fun of the andhraite girl when she used the word LAW, She used to say it LA...was real fun.
the guy from kearla was the funniest to be around . I mean damn patient, typical MALLU, and a real cool headed guy.
the guy I met here today was the madrasi from all over north. His father was in mlitary so had to move a lot of places and he had a typical delhi accent. I mean he was pretty uncoventional in the ways he used work out the problems. But he was pretty smart. He always had a very different way of solving things.
Met him after a long time and the memories came alive. I mean the course was only for 6 months But we guys had so much fun that we stayed there for 9 months and then we came to mumbai again with most of them and had fun there as well. I guess I was a erratic kind of guy. Not too much impetus on career and things like that. But Things were going pretty well for me at that time. Now Things are different all of them are in different parts of the world. I guess Iam stuck up here . yeps I guess will end this blog. This looks my biggest blog. Was really rejuvenating seeing my old buddy thought will share with my latest blogging budddies..............
